Founder, Ex CEO, and partner of Latin Energy and Redland Energy, consultancy, engineering, and infrastructure construction companies for the Oil & Gas industry.

Senior Consultant in the development and implementation of energy projects Upstream and Downstream in Peru and Latin America. Production Manager at Maple Gas Corporation (6 years) with responsibility for Oil Production Operations, support in the development and construction of the upstream infrastructure of the Aguaytía Energy project.

External Technical Advisor for PROINVERSIÓN (8 years), participated in the development and implementation of energy projects, design of gas pipelines, pipelines, and gas distribution networks, calculation of costs and rates, valorization of investment capital costs and operating costs for different transport and distribution projects of Natural Gas, development of LPG, CNG and LNG projects, among others. In 2014, he served as president of the Energy Security Commission of PROINVERSIÓN awarded by Southern Gas Pipeline.

Technical Advisor in Natural Gas Regulation for the Energy Tariff Commission and for OSINERG, Energy Regulatory Institution of Peru, for 6 years.

In his consultancy activity, he has advised the Secretary of State for Industry and Commerce of the Dominican Republic (SEIC), Osinergmin, CREG of Colombia, Perupetro, Petroperu, Proinversión, Cálidda, Contugas, Promigas, TGP, Olympic, GMP, Duke- Energy, Petroecuador, Gas Natural Fenosa (Peru and Spain), Energy Markets of Argentina, among others.
